Welcome to yoga with Dawn Wright. Based in the middle of the three shires offering classes, workshops, private lessons, and corporate stress release days in Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.
Through the use of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation, yoga provides you with the tools to be more healthy and happy, both on and off the mat, and to ultimately connect to your true self and your highest potential.
Dawn's teaching creates a space for her students to explore and develop their own journey in yoga, in a supportive, safe and informed environment.
